For a while now I've been trying to make money online using paid-to sites. Since I have no other money online, what I earn started out with no investment on my part. Sure, when I earn enough on one site I'll cash out and use it in another site, but I only started out with an empty paypal account and a desire to make money. I'll update this blog as I search through the good money making sites and the bad, and I'll give my stats every now and then.

The concept is pretty simple. A PTC, or Paid-To-Click site, works as a middleman between advertiser and consumer. An advertiser pays the PTC a certain amount to get their ad shown, and the other members are given a percentage of that money when they view the ad. On average, you should recieve $0.01 for viewing an ad for 30 seconds, and viewing it every 24 hours. There may be exceptions, though. Additionally, most sites give you 4 ads to click as a standard member. So, doing the math, you make a grand 4 cents a day. What's that, you say? You were hoping for more? That's where referrals come in. A typical standard member recieves half a cent from every ad that their referral clicks. A referral is a member that has signed up to the PTC site under your name, or by clicking your referral link. Thus, members are encouraged to find more people to sign up under them, and the PTC receives more members.
